The “HYROX365 Foundation Course: Race Ready”
For many, the purpose of the Foundation Course is to become more intimately familiar with the fundamentals of HYROX; from first-timers to veteran racers to coaches, this course will build a solid foundation of knowledge and accelerate their advancement towards mastery of the sport.
The “HYROX365 Level 1 Course: Creating Athletes”
The Level 1 Course is designed for aspiring and experienced coaches aiming to elevate their coaching skills and athlete performance. Packed with advanced sports science and coaching knowledge, the course teaches strategies and concepts needed to optimize coaching processes, make a lasting impact on athletes, and advance careers as certified coaches.
How do the Courses correlate to HYROX PERFORMANCE COACHES?
The Academy Courses are the primary training for HYROX PERFORMANCE COACHES. HYROX PERFORMANCE COACHES are affiliated coaches and personal trainers and the only ones permitted to offer HYROX Training to athletes. After affiliating with HYROX, coaches receive the Academy Courses free of charge.
Both the Foundation Course and the Level 1 Course are required for HYROX PERFORMANCE COACHES to complete, which is a game changer for the world of HYROX Training delivery. This ensures that all HYROX Training offered is delivered by certified professionals that understand the HYROX Race and Training methodologies and are equally qualified. This provides HYROX with more control and ensures that all HYROX athletes receive top-notch HYROX Training by coaches that meet the standards of HYROX.
Completion of the Academy courses does not qualify anyone as a PERFORMANCE COACH. Only if affiliated, a coach becomes a HYROX PERFORMANCE COACH.
